Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Go2MarketCo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AMP-MAP platform (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service marketing automation and customer relationship management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register for or use the Service, we collect:

1.2 Customer Relationship Management Data

You and your authorized users may upload or create data within the Service, including:

This data is referred to as "Customer Data." You retain ownership of all Customer Data (see Section 5).

1.3 Usage Data

1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. These are used to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Service.

1.5 Email Engagement Data

When you send emails through the Service, we collect open and click tracking data for your email campaigns. Recipients are informed of tracking through standard email headers and footer disclosures. In accordance with ePrivacy requirements, recipients may opt out of open and click tracking through the email preference center, after which their messages are delivered without tracking technologies.

1.6 Data Enrichment

If a workspace enables data enrichment, we may obtain additional professional information about a contact (such as job title, company, or public professional profile) from third-party enrichment providers. Workspaces are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for enrichment, and individual contacts may opt out of enrichment through the preference center; enrichment is then suppressed for that contact.

We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data for money. Under certain privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA), the term "sharing" can include disclosures to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a workspace connects an advertising integration (for example, Google Ads), contact data may be shared with that platform as configured by the workspace. You may opt out of such sale or sharing at any time — see the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control in the email preference center, or section 7.2 below. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request.
